The breakfast at the restaurant was delicious and piping hot. 🍳 The staff here were super nice and went out of their way to help us out. The rooms were spacious and had a great big TV, plus they even had real glass cups for us to use.

The location was unbeatable, within walking distance of a shopping mall. Plus it was max 25 mins walk to the lake.

The location is fantastic, close to Lake Erie beaches, restaurants, Presque Isle State Park, and the whole area. the rooms are clean, modern, and come with air conditioning and a balcony. - the staff is extremely helpful, which is a big plus.

b In general: /b I stayed here with my family for 4 days, it’s the hotel I always use when I come to Erie. Upon check in at the room we had a few issues that were quickly resolved by the manager, Ryan. He put us in a newly remodeled room and the rest of our stay was PERFECT!! The hotel is under renovation/remodeling and it’s coning along nicely! I look forward to future stays when it’s complete! br/ b Location and surroundings: /b The location of this hotel is perfect... The restaurant was superb for breakfast, we ordered delicious dishes. The staff was very very helpful without being intrusive. The location was incredibly comfortable, for example, a whole water park was just a short walk away from the hotel.

This place is so close to Presque Isle State Park, the beaches, island, and all the local attractions. It's a great spot to be, just a stone's throw away from all the fun activities!

Our room was beautifully decorated and had a nice view of the pool. the bathroom was pretty spacious and the beds were super comfy 😌. it made for a really pleasant stay.
